01 · Sequencing
We do not ask teams to overbuild every home. We establish an infrastructure plan that matches what the owner wants now and keeps the rest of the options open.

03 · Coordination
Battery, solar and generator decisions touch nearly every trade on the job. HRS holds those conversations in one place so the same answer reaches the architect, the GC and the owner.

Procure, install, inspect, commission, document, train and support.
Detailed electrical engineering, stamped plans and specialty consultant scope are defined separately where a project requires them.
